We have an opportunity for a Support / Marketplace Facilitator who will be responsible for driving marketplace sales growth and managing the day-to-day business.

We are professional authorized resellers and distributors of OEM metal Fabrication, and specialize in custom design, sales, distribution and manufacturing of Kiosks, Tablet Stand & Screen Mounts for a wide variety of industries.


Job Description

  • Responsible for all aspects for the setup, optimization and management of marketing, advertising campaigns, case management, logistics and product/brand growth on marketplace platforms.

  • Work with our product partner to manage and execute enhanced product content which includes planning, asset coordination and implementation of copy, imagery, videos and overseeing product reviews optimization.

  • Execute on merchandising and promotional activities to drive sales.

  • Prepare reports, analyze sales trends and performance summaries on product performance on marketplace platforms; translating data to recommendations and actions to drive growth, sales and increase profitability for our products.

  • Collaborate and communicate with various internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

  • Keep up to date with marketplace trends, new services, functions, features and policies to ensure we utilize the latest and most effective service and solutions for growth.

  • Monitor online product reviews and identify any improvement opportunities to ensure customer expectations are met.


  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain or related discipline preferred.

  • Must have at least 1 years’ marketplace experience, preferably managing eCommerce accounts.

  • Knowledge of setting up, managing and optimizing search advertising campaigns via various platforms such as Walmart, Amazon and Best Buy.

  • Self-Starter, entrepreneurial, strategic thinker, problem-solver and ability to work with ambiguity.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills and can work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders as well as build and develop strong partnerships.

  • Business savvy and up-to-date on current market and industry trends.

  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bilingual English and French is an asset.
