The Role

The HR Staffing Specialist will serve on the staffing team to interview, sort through candidates, vet, assess, and help make staffing decisions for Wing. They will work with the country managers and recruiters to appropriately onboard and process professional candidates in order to successfully staff accounts across different industries/functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for scheduling and conducting interviews, screening, and onboarding candidates across different functions by accurately matching high-quality candidates with job descriptions

Responsible for actively managing initial candidate processing by verifying references, experience, and sending offer letters to ensure that we only hire top-quality applicants 

Responsible for actively updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the most up to date information regarding candidates, the stage they are in, onboarding statuses, and talent pipelines, including updating account managers, and other key stakeholders

Responsible for working with the recruiter to ensure that we are diversifying our strategies to actively source high-quality candidates in high volumes

Responsible for debriefing candidates on the responsibilities of the job, expectations, workflows, and routines that they should follow

Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve staffing, talent pipeline management, sourcing, and onboarding

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Operations Management, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or similar

Experience

3 years of experience in interviewing, screening, and hiring top-quality talent  in any of the following areas: Recruiting, Professional Staffing, HR Management

Must have experience working as a full-cycle HR manager (required)

Must have experience working with at least one applicant tracking system (ATS) - Freshteams (preferred)

Must have experience conducting rigorous multi-step interviews & assessments to identify high-performing candidates

Must have experience using data to validate the success of hiring efforts (required)

Must have experience working with online meeting platform skills (Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype)

Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail (required)

Experience working as or with recruiters/candidate sources (preferred)

Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication in English (required)

A tech-savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to extrapolate big goals into specific actionable plans (required)

Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment (required)

Interested in tech, analytical work, startup companies, and working with people to build things (preferred)

Experience with any of the following software: Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Zoho, Any Applicant Tracking System (preferred)
