The Role: We are looking for a part-time solution-driven individual, who has a passion for technology and startups. The Business Development Assistant acts as a trusted liaison to our prospective customers and is responsible for ensuring their success in starting with our service.
24hrs/week, Night Shift
Saturdays (12hrs/day), and Sundays (12hrs/day) PH time

You are highly skilled at using a computer, scheduling, running online web meetings with Zoom or Google Meets, writing emails, and able to represent yourself professionally, calmly, and authoritatively over video and audio calls
You are able to think on your feet and rapidly come up with, articulate, and direct solutions to customer inquiries that arise
Manage all weekend inbound text, chat & email communications from prospects & active customers including things related to sales, assistant info, upgrades/downgrades, account status, quality, staff replacement, billing, and technical inquiries.
Move leads through the sales funnel by performing active follow-ups via texting and emailing
Schedule sales demos to provide an in-depth demonstration of our service, software, and value proposition to leads
Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
Maintain all contacts/leads/opportunities and record all sales activities in Pipedrive/Airtable (CRM)
Handle our customer website chat system (Freshchat) to talk to prospective customers, schedule a demo, book a call, or fully close the sale
Understand Wing’s different offerings and the value that we provide for each industry through each vertical and communicate it clearly to customers as you grow their engagement in order to potentially promote upgrades, engage in upsells, and obtain customer referrals
A bachelor’s degree or higher
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, account management, email management, or experience working in client relationship management
Comfortable with Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, Android, and video call communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc)
Understanding of online software (SaaS) services and/or technology-based solutions
Positive attitude with the desire to contribute to the success of the company and the ability to remain professional while under pressure with customers
Ability to use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
