Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team. Working remotely, you will perform various real estate marketing tasks. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience in working graveyard shifts.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Email Campaigns via MailChimp

Lead Management

Update CRM

Responding to Seller

Managing Facebook / Twitter / Instagram /craigslist postings

Managing Facebook Business Pages, Business Manager & Ad Manager


Requirements and Qualifications:

-Experience in being a Real Estate VA

-Experience in using MailChimp

-With recent experience working graveyard

-Experience in PowerPoint, or Canva

-Experience in Social Media Management

-Ability to read and write notes in English

-Experience Using CRM, Google Hangouts, and zoom

-Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets MS Office)
