Our company is looking for a General Virtual Assistant to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage documents such as legal letters and leasing contracts
Manage short term property rentals
Can set up an appointment
Reviews the letters or reports for grammar lapses
Send emails to clients for rental increases.
Research technology for properties such as video systems
Conduct researches about vendors when needed
Build positive relationships with vendors
Handle tenant complaints
Ad hoc tasks
Schedule: US work hours (40+ hours per week)
Salary: Starting salary between Php 23,000 to Php 27,000 per month
At least 1 year proven experience as a Property Management Virtual Assistant, Property Specialist or relevant role
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Solid organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Able to work on a graveyard shift
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
