Our company is looking for a General Virtual Assistant to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Manage customer queries and respond with relevant pre-set templates




  • Document filing and organization through Google Drive or CRM




  • Contact management and follow a follow up process for prospective clients in the CRM




  • Email marketing and social media campaigns




  • Social media management




  • Create and maintain the database of leads generated




  • Create property marketing materials




  • Manage Listings




  • MLS tasks




  • Handle and manage buyer and seller contracts




  • Ad hoc tasks



 

Schedule: US work hours (40+ hours per week)

Salary: Starting salary between Php 23,000 to Php 27,000 per month

 

Qualifications:



  • At least 1 year proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or relevant role




  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal




  • Solid organizational skills




  • Excellent time management skills




  • Able to work on a graveyard shift




  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP




  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets MS Office)




  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Google Calendar)




  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills




  • Tech Savvy




  • Proactive attitude



Technical Requirements:



  • Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM




  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 mbps wired connection




  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 mbps
