Marketing Support
You will be responsible for supporting the business through supporting its event partners with events by updating information on our website, in google documents, website directories and social media. You will also be required to send out an invitation via our email marketing system, update social media and contact businesses via Linkedin and Facebook.
Data Management
Data updating and sifting into sections is imperative and essential for the success of the company. Event Partners will send excel files in for you to upload into our main database and send emails to inviting them to our events You will be required from time to time source new data for event partners and telesales teams to call as well as send out email marketing to.
Administration Support
You will help manage each daily meeting by providing the event partners with the support needed by putting together excel documents and email members after the meeting with data of attendees. You will also send out confirmation emails, updates and thank you letters. Help write correspondent templates, emails, newsletters. You will be required to update our website content and proof read any content as well as making events live
Essentials
You must have excellent written and spoken English, an understanding of Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of WordPress.
