You must be…
Fluent in English (Written & Verbal)(very important)
Effective at communicating
Proficient at Excel or Google Sheets
Able to follow specific directions
Very positive in your mindset
Available 40 hours a week
Flexible shift schedule. (10-7, 9-6, 8-5 etc.)
Some skills that are pluses (but not required)
-Dialers for cold calling
-Social Media Marketing
What will you be doing?
Sending pre-written messages to people who interact with my facebook lives
Sending pre-written messages to people in certain facebook groups
Sending pre-written messages to people who fit a certain title on linked in
Sending pre-written messages to people who fit a certain criteria on Instagram (100 A Day)
Must be able to distinguish the kinds of profiles that are our ideal customers before sending the messages. (We will provide training on this)
Utilizing Slack for communication with the team!
Admin tasks like giving access to our programs for our customers.
Admin tasks will evolve over time as trust is built & you will be given more work.
Creating standard operating procedures.
