If you are just like us, we are looking for someone who is passionate, authentic, and wants to make a difference in our world. With our business expansion, we are searching for a like minded full-time Business Development Representative to join our amazing team.

You will be working directly with an inspiring management team of 1) a fast growing real estate company and 2) a sales and influence advisory company. You will be in charge of helping management to grow the businesses. If you like the idea of launching new services successfully, helping to find and research new leads, close appointments, and bringing them to market, then you would love this position.

Training will be provided by leading industry’s high level executives. You can be working remotely full time from your home with our team. You must have a strong reliable internet and a relatively new laptop or home computer (Mac/PC based) with a good microphone.

This position will make you grow, learn, and will challenge your skills. Unlike other boring corporate jobs, this is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing team of 'A players' who make things happen, follow up leads to successful closing, and do meaningful work that is reflected out in the marketplace.

You will be responsible for generating qualifying leads via phone, social media, email or direct mail. This role is for a high energy, highly-motivated, ambitious, and results driven individual. Through strategic partnerships with various members of the Sales and Marketing Teams, Business Development Representatives will be exposed to a variety of roles and experiences that will develop the skills and business acumen needed to become a top-tier sales and marketing professional and build a successful career. Candidate is expected to work from 7 am to 4 pm PST 10 pm to 7 am Philippines time) with one hour break, and be flexible to consider other timing due daylight saving time and project demand.

What you get to do for fun:


  • Develop new business via phone, email and social media to educate the prospects, introduce our solution, and identify appropriate buyers within the target market

  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads and outbound prospects through a strategic touch plan to generate additional interest with our services and qualify for a potential opportunity

  • Conduct research to identify potential opportunities and understand challenges facing real estate and business owners today

  • Conduct initial qualification and determine prospect's current environment, pain points, challenges, and potential projects to determine how our' solutions will speak to their needs

  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications, building trust and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel

  • Work with the key sales drivers to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals

  • Use CRM (Podio, REI Blackbook, etc) to track all sales activities properly and manage contact/lead data for accuracy

  • Input KPI reports and information for dashboards

What We Need from You:


  • Passionate, driven, authentic, and wants to make a difference

  • Proficient English speaking and writing skills

  • Strong business acumen

  • Be able to take “no” as an answer and keep cold calling

  • Follow up with prospects

  • Prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities experience

  • 1+ year of relevant work experience

  • Cold calls and follow up to get appointments with real estate or functional medicine practitioners prospects

  • Real Estate experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity goals

  • A proven track record of building strong client relationships

  • Excellent phone, social media, email and marketing communication skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Effective problem solving, time management, and organizational skills

  • Proficient in MS Office products and shared drives

  • Experience with Podio and REI Black Book CRM and Propsteam Real Estate Software preferred

  • Able to accommodate occasional long hours dependent on business needs

  • Great relationship management skill and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Graphic design and video editing skills are nice to have
