Job Overview




This posistion will be a general virtual assistant to a busy business owner.



Pay will be $100-$125 month for 10 hours per week with potential for bonuses after the first month. Payments will be made weekly.



Some hours corresponding with US Eastern time will be required but can be negotiated.






Virtual Assistant Job Description



General Purpose



To provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the business



Main Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • corresponding with clients and business partners via email

    • phone calls and follow-up phone calls

    • emails and follow-up emails

    • receiving, sorting and distributing incoming emails


  • taking and distributing messages

  • organizing and scheduling appointments

  • organizing and coordinating meetings

  • handling inquiries and incoming work requests

  • reviewing files and records to answer requests for information

  • checking and distributing documents and correspondence

  • maintaining online filing systems

  • weekly report of activities and projects accomplished

  • preparing and sending outgoing mailings/marketing campaigns

  • typing documents and correspondence

  • checking and entering data in CRM

  • updating and maintaining databases

  • coordinating work flow

  • general research for special projects

  • all other duties as assigned




Education and Experience



  • excellent command of written and spoken English

  • knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office

  • proficient in use of email and internet

  • good numeracy skills

  • accurate keyboard and grammar skills

  • knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • high school diploma or equivalent
