I am looking to hire a part time general virtual assistant from the Philippines that is available approximately 20 hours a week, long term.


If you are looking for full time work and will not be available to work with me part time for the long term, then please do not bid on this job.

You must be proficient in the following areas:

  • Microsoft word

  • Microsoft excel

  • Microsoft power point

  • Google docs

  • Gmail

  • Good at reading/speaking/understanding English

  • Good phone etiquette (good English skills)

  • Internet researching

  • Knowledge of USA Real Estate terms and market

  • Cold Calling/Texting experience

  • Available working hours between 9AM to 8PM USA Eastern Time Zone. (New York time)
