The Client Care Specialist position is a core team member who is responsible for onboarding new clients and supporting our current, ongoing clients.
In this position you’ll be making sure that new clients have signed their client agreements, set-up their payment plan as agreed, and have access to the programs they’ve purchased. As well as, responding to client requests and questions.
You must have excellent communication skills in managing client expectations and delivering that extra WOW! Factor that keeps clients working with us for years to come. It’s essential that you have a strong knowledge of how our content is delivered and what our client policies are as you will be enforcing them with kindness.
This position is ideal for someone who loves working with people and has exquisite attention to detail and is looking to establish long-term work with a fast-growing, successful company.
Experience you must have:
Excellent communication skills in managing clients expectations
Customer service background
Organizing and managing all client care support within 24 hours

Client Care Specialist Tasks of this Role:
Guide new clients through our onboarding process
Ability to explain our client agreements and our standard policies with kindness
Excellent at being directive while being kind
Quickly respond to client requests and questions
Full-time position at 40 hrs per week during CST time
High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
Available for meetings with Madeleine at US CST time zone as needed
Excellent English verbal and written skills
$6-$8 Depending on experience
