Job Overview

We are an accounting firm in Australia.  We require someone to help the executive team manage the firms workflow.  The role would entail initially

1. Assisting the executive team to meet their daily and weekly deadlines including responding to client queries, answering emails and report writing.

2. We also specifically need a a complete clean up of the firms database.

3. You will be competnelty able to assist with bookeeping for clients, including bank reconcilations and payroll.

4. You will provide assistance with ad hoc tasks as the need arises.

5. You will have have excellent english language skills - both written and verbal.

The sucessful candidiate will have some knowledge of accounting and bookeeping, be very organised, punctual and have the ability to meet even the strictest of deadlines.

We are flexible with working times and we can pay fortnightly or monthly.
