Job Overview

Our client is a well renowned IT Managed Service Provider. They need a Technical Support Specialist who can provide level 1 Support for their clients.

You will need to have knowledge of the below applications.

  • Key Microsoft (Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Windows, SQL, SharePoint)

  • Experience in service desk and monitoring systems

  • Office365

  • Virtualization technologies such as VMware, HyperV, and Citrix

  • Remote support - VPN, firewalls, Terminal Services

  • Backup/Replication Technologies such as Veeam, StorageCraft

We are a growing BPO out of Melbourne, Australia, and are looking for a superstar for our client.

The Benefits
