Job Overview

We are a rapidly growing medical clinic looking to build our own in house accounting team. Looking for team members willing to learn, who are flexible and organized. Will be doing a lot of different marketing projects

Skills needed

  1. Fluent English

  2. Microsoft Office (word, ppt, excel) , Quickbook

  3. Detail-oriented 

  4. Tech friendly and capable of computer and tablet use 

  5. Comfortable with Gmail and google suite 

  6. Must be able to quickly on the spot write down notes on any occasion and execute needed plans 

  7. Must have great communication skills

       8. All encompasing Bookkeeping experience of at least 2 years 


Technical requiremnts

  1. Internet speed at least 30mbps

  2. Two monitors

Time Zone:  Pacific Standard Time 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
