Job Overview

Hi! We are a US based company have been in business since 2006 as a business development company. I am looking for a great phone agent long term and full time, (I am open to part time as well). Most of our staff has been with us for several years. We work with automotive clients, Home and Business Renovation Clients, and Property Management clients for residential homes, short term rentals and long term rentals. We also work with investors and realtors.

 

I am looking for a phone agent to make customer service calls outbound and inbound, as well as sales marketing calls inbound and outbound with appointment setting, and scheduling showing and follow up. Some of this is cold calling some are warm leads. I want someone who enjoys this work that will update our system track customers throughout a follow up process and work with a script as well as personalize the call tailored around the customer. 

I want someone who is comfortable being on the phone and making lots of calls, cause after all its a numbers game!

 

I am looking for someone who is a fast learner, great attention to details, and enjoys helping others and loves sales!

 

Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. Send a daily report

2. Manages inbound and outbound calls within the

department SLA (First Call Responsibility)

3. Respond to customer questions via email, texts and live

chat

4. Follow communication “scripts” when handling

different topics

5. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information,

research every issue and provide solutions and/or

Alternatives.

6. Set appointments using calendly or other calendar.

7. Update CRM system with details and call notes

8. Outbound sales marketing calls. 

 

Newbies are welcome but you do need to have excellent

English skills. It’s also important that you know how to use

the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an

expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar

with most of them.

● Web research using search engines like Google, IE,

Bing, etc

● Microsoft Word

● Microsoft Excel

● Microsoft Powerpoint

● Gmail and other email applications

● Google Docs

● Google Sheets

● Google Slides

● Google Calendar

Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp,

Telegram, Slack, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc

● Project management software (Basecamp, Trello,

Asana, Evernote, Google Docs, Salesforce ect.)

● Time management or time tracking software

(TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle, Hubstaff ect.)

 

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise

from the ranks. 

 

This is a full-time position (I’m open to part-timers)

Work hours are weekdays 10am to 7pm CST

Time (12am mn --9am Manila Time).

You’ll qualify for 2 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after

the 6 month probation period.

We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and

All Souls Day

 

Salary is Negotiable

 

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:

-Bonuses for new clients added from your calls

-Jobs started from your followup and calls

-Residual income for short term rental clients as long as they are still clients.
