Responsibilities Include:

- Sourcing for candidates based on provided criteria in a timely manner

- Placing job ads in various online channels (job portals, social media sites)

- Evaluating applications

- Conducting interviews

- Maintaining resume/applicant database

- Onboarding qualified candidates 



- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role

- Able to manage hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing) 

- Highly resourceful to find suitable high quality candidates

- Very driven to meet recruitment targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills

- Strong time management and organisational skills
