Job Overview

We are a dedicated group of Customer Experience & E-Commerce professionals seeking multiple Dedicated Customer Service/Virtual Assistants to assist and manage Customer Service and Customer Experience for several of our E-Commerce businesses and clients.

This position will be 40+ hours per week and will be a long term position. This position is also a Home Based position with no travel required :)


  • 2+ years of Customer Service Experience (Call Center or BPO experience is a plus).

  • Great English (written & verbal communication skills).

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Energetic, motivated and passionate to help our customers.

  • Reliable internet connection required.

  • Looking for a long-term position with growth opportunities.

  • E-Commerce experience preferred and recommended

  • Experience working with Shopify, BigCommerce and/or Amazon clients is recommended.

  • Experience or familiarity using G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or Gorgias is a plus.

  • Flexible hours and work on weekend hours (if needed).

  • Able to communicate via Zoom Video, Phone, Slack, and Email.


  • Creating solution based emails to customer inquiries.

  • Represent and convey a company/client brand.

  • Timely responses to live chat messaging.

  • Social media engagement (Facebook/Instagram messages and comments).

  • Collaboration in a group or team setting.

  • Work independently; manage time, and multi-task.
