Currently we are expanding and looking for a Remote Customer Support Representative in Philippines to join our team, this is a full time position with flexible working hours:
- strong English skills;
- based in Philippines;
- 1 + year experience in Customer Service;
- positive problem - solution attitude, desire to grow with the company and learn every day;
- respectful and polite attitude towards customers;
- experience in comment moderation.
- experience with customer service ticketing software;
- experience with Shopify;
- experience in handling disputes and refunds.
