Essentials Skills:

Good verbal & written English


  • Great communication skills

  • Can follow instructions

  • Must be teachable, energetic, hard-working, and reliable

  • A great Team player and can collaborate well with others

  • Own Laptop or Desktop with a working webcam

  • Fast internet, of at least 10Mbps or higher.

  • Bachelors Degree in Design, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Multimedia Arts or a related field

  • 3-4 years of experienced in UX/UI design

  • Familiar with Adobe XD, Figma or similar UI/UX tools

  • Has experience in designing UI/UX for mobile applications and web

  • Front End coding knowledge is a plus

  • Expert at Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, InVision, and other design and wireframe tools

  • Highly creative and has excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working UK (GMT+1) timezone. 

 

Job Description: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;


  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; 

  • Produce user-friendly and highly-intuitive user experience designs and interfaces that surprise and delight

  • Create information architecture, user flows, and wireframes for Galileo products

  • Conduct researches on identified user groups

  • Produce prototypes, templates, layouts, covers, and screen designs for products and services

  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps

  • Create graphic user interface elements and other design assets

  • Present multiple design options, collect feedback from stakeholders, and quickly turn around new designs

  • Works under limited supervision to effectively deal with unfamiliar issues.

  • Articulates, develops and models the end UX including the visual design of the application, to make user interaction and UX simple, efficient and consistent.

  • Assesses and optimises the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in usability testing and user research and interpreting analytics data.

  • Studies and evaluates how users feel about the interface.

  • Is involved in the development of process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively conceptualise and communicate high-level design strategies.

  • Clearly understand and articulate the information architecture, workflows & processes surrounding the user.

  • Responsible for continued enhancement of existing interface components

  • Supports the translation of user needs and business requirements into features and functionalities that enhance application experiences.

  • Is adept at interpreting data and user feedback, and offers new and fresh perspectives and articulate recommendations to optimise the UI and UX.

  • Ad Hoc documents as required to support the Team
