RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate initial training including product knowledge, call handling skills, customer sales/appointment setting skills and program process and procedures
Extract and generate training reports such as class attendance and performance records, as well as furnishing other training requirements as determined by the program
Determine progress and qualification of virtual agents for completion of training programs
Maintain knowledge of products and services, policies, processes, and procedures
Provide feedback to internal leadership to identify gaps in training and other areas of opportunity
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent English Communication Skills
1+ years of coaching/training experience
2+ years of telemarketing/cold calling experience
5+ years of outbound sales experience
Real Estate experience would be looked at favorably, but not needed.
Must be available US Daytime hours and can start immediately
Reliable and responsive
Good Interpersonal Skills
Detail oriented
Positive mental attitude and a quick learner
Responds well to constructive feedback
Organized and punctual
Works in a quiet environment
REQUIREMENTS
Laptop or desktop
Windows operating system i3 and up
At least 4GB of RAM
Must have a stable LAN connection
Must have backup for internet & power outages
Internet Speed: 10mbps up
With noise cancelling headset
