Who are we?
Trus The Process Organization was founded by Dawn Perry in April 2018. During that time our organization has helped entrepreneurs organize and scale their business. Educating and providing Financial Advising to CEO’s and owners on how to develop systems to set their business up for success is our mission.
Sourcing and posting to different job boards.
Process background screenings on all newly hired employees.
Assists in onboarding, signature requests, and Identification of each staff member.
Keep track of all employee timesheets for payroll.
Assists Hiring Manager on all HR duties.
Knowledge of recruitment and general Human Resources administration
Proficient in computer use and strong recordkeeping skills
Good communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and organizational skills
Has a stable internet connection and a working desktop or laptop
Recruitment and applicant assessment
Always has a “can -do” attitude
Hands-on experience with Zoho one, Slack, Google Docs, etc. (but not required)
This is an urgent position
HOURS NEEDED MON - FRI (9AM - 3 PM) - EASTERN TIME, USA. MANDATORY
Salary: 150 USD/month
