Phone Sales/CS Expert Needed - Strong English Communication Required

Job Overview

is hiring a full-time phone representative to join our growing team. We are seeking to hire someone who is experienced with sales and customer service. Our customer service department will help with managing customer relationships as well as upselling products. 

Our business is focused on dealing with mobility equipment such as mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs, ramps, and other handicap equipment. In order to apply for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience with sales. English communication skills must be very strong. We will interview applicants right away and those with the best English will be qualified for a secondary interview. 

Those that have the following experience will be best suited for this position: 

  • Very strong internet connection (required)

  • A powerful computer or laptop (required)

  • Experience with Google Hangouts

  • Experience with Gmail

  • Experience with Google Drive

  • Experience with eCommerce businesses (online stores)

  • Experience with shipping & tracking for customer orders

  • English Language Arts Degrees or certifications

The schedule for this job is Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM EST (NEW YORK TIME). 

We offer a starting monthly salary and the potential to make sales bonuses.
