Job Overview

I am looking for someone with the following qualities... I don't care about experience.



***UPDATE- I have received a lot of interest about this job. But I'm a bit confused why so many people are completely ignoring my instructions?? If someone is offering a job and pro says, "I cannot consider you without a voice recording...", but  then the applicant ignores those instructions and instead only sends a resume, why would I consider you? Now, about those qualities:



1- Reliable.

2- You work fast. My work is somewhat fast-paced. (I know you will be slow to start... but after 30 days you will be great!)

3- Very important: You have strong English. Accents are fine! But you will be making a lot of calls for me, encouraging my students to complete their tasks. They must be able to understand you easily. But! Having a fun and/or outgoing personality is a definite "plus". 

4- You must be able to work in a quiet place. I have had to let previous VA's go because they had roosters screaming in the background "Roo-roo-roo-roo-REWWWWWWWW".

5- A good Internet connection and a good microphone or headset. Your outgoing calls are over Skype. I pay for your Skype.

6- Be able to work from 8am PST to 4pm or 5pm PST. (Tuesdays and Thursday tend to end around 1pm) You can take breaks as you need them to get coffee, use the restroom/toilet, or etc.

7- Reliable. ;)

I work for a company that sells training and coaching. I only make money by commission. The VA role is critical to my own income. When you are doing well, I will pay you monthly bonuses. The bonuses are usually anywhere from $10 to $50. (I have paid bonuses of $100 though... if you are awesome, bonuses are stronger.)  Again, I need to have a good month myself, in order to pay these, but love to pay them!



When I say reliable (and why I say it twice), this is what I mean, basically 3 things: 1) Show up every day, and be on time. 2) Understand this work SEEMS difficult at first. You will have a moment or two when you feel overwhelmed. It will seem complicated at the beginning. I have spreadsheets, and scripts, and tasks, and calls, that must be done in a very specific way. It is actually VERY simple! It simply takes a week or two to learn. So please be prepared for your first week or 2 to seem tough... in week 3 and 4 it will be EASY. ;)  I want someone who understands this! The first 2 weeks seem hard. After that? It is NOT. :) 3) I fully understand that the Philippines is different than the USA. Your Internet connections are dependent upon many things... weather, etc. I know there will be a day when you can't work because of a tropical storm. But, are you willing to make that day up on Saturday?



I will hire FAST. I need someone ASAP. My VA of 2 years had a medical emergency. I am hoping to hire as soon as possible (like literally THIS WEEK). I am in the Pacific Standard Time zone, and work will start at 8am PST Monday through Friday. The work day usually ends anywhere from 1pm to 4pm.
