Virtual Assistant with Shopify / AliExpress / Oberlo / Email Customer Service Experience

Job Overview

We are selling on an eCommerce store and need someone to submit Orders via AliExpress preferably using Oberlo app. Must have experience with Gmail, Shopify, AliExpress, Oberlo & Google Drive fulfilling Orders.

This can lead into a full time opportunity.

You need a high level of focus and attention and must be able to fullfill each order with accuracy. Looking for someone who is smart with attention to detail.

Looking for someone who is prompt and willing to grow and become a part of a team.

Will also be required to do the following:

  1. Export Orders Tracking numbers from AliExpress and Input into Shopify tracking.
  2. Respond to Customer Emails Professionally.
  3. Moderate Facebook Page Posts.
  4. Must be fluent in Reading/Writing English.

Other tasks that come up as needed.

Starting about 15-20 hours a week.
