Customer Service Representative

LaGrone International Realty is a real estate brokerage in Atlanta GA USA. We are growing at a very rapid pace and are looking for the best of the best talent to handle customer service for our company.  This is a Full Time Position.   Please only apply if you meet all of the requirements below:

• Speak excellent English (No exceptions, sorry)


• Must be comfortable spending 80% of their workday on the phone talking with customers


• Has at least 3 years of US customer service experience


• Must be very organized and great with time management


• Must be able to deligate tasks to other people in the company as needed


• Has a high level internet connection (it is very important that voice and zoom calls are not interrupted)


• Has a college degree or several years of additional work experience 


• Learns CRM systems, training material, and scripts quickly and efficiently

Residential or commercial real estate experience in the US is a huge plus, but not required.
