You must be…
Fluent in English (Written & Verbal)(very important)
Effective at communicating
Able to follow specific directions
Very positive in your mindset
Proficient at Excel or Google Sheets
Available 40 hours a week
Flexible shift schedule. (Ex. EST, CST, PST, MST etc.)
IN ORDER TO HAVE YOUR APPLICATION ACCEPTED YOU NEED TO LEAST HAVE ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT!

-Dialers for cold calling
-Social Media Marketing
What will you be doing?
Sending pre-written messages to people on facebook and also to certain pages
Sending pre-written messages to people in certain facebook groups
Sending pre-written messages to people who fit a certain title on linkedin
Sending pre-written messages to people who fit a certain criteria on Instagram (100 A Day)
Sending pre-written messages to people using email
Must be able to distinguish the kinds of profiles that are our ideal customers before sending the messages. (We will provide training on this)
Utilizing Slack for communication with the team!
Admin tasks like giving access to our programs for our customers. (SOPs)
Creating standard operating procedures.
Admin tasks will evolve over time as trust is built & you will be given more work.
