Multi-Tasker Virtual Assistant - Publishing co.

This is an exciting position for someone who likes to handle several tasks each day!

We need a VA for our publishing business for the Amazon KDP platform for ebooks and paperbacks (Kindle and physical books). The tasks include:

• Formatting books in Microsoft Word and getting them ready to be published on Amazon's KDP platform.


• Keyword and category research and other internet research.


• Writing posts for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social media platforms to promote our books.


• Updating authors pages, writing posts and keeping updating in Author Central


• Upload books on the KDP platform to be published.


• Write book descriptions and other book blurbs.


• Post books for promotion on various websites and social media platforms like Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and Twitter.


• - Article writing on topics relating to our book portfolio.


• Weekly writing of newsletters to promote new releases and other promotions to our reader's lists.


• Managing free promotion scheduling and updating the on-going promotions as well as


• Manage pay-per-click ads on Amazon and Facebook.


• Updating books regularly and managing documents.


• Be able to create landing pages and manage email lists on MailChimp or ClickFunnels


• SEO for our website and updating the website.


• Following and answering customers by email.


• Update our websites by posting new releases and other information for our readers which requires being knowledgeable in WordPress.


• Book cover design would be an asset

We would also like to know if you have skills in setting up and managing a website for the books we have published. It involves posting, some blogging, and linking landing pages on LeadPages or similar platforms from the books to the website for example as well as managing email lists through MailChimp or similar platforms.

Some training will be provided as needed.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must as well as Google Drive/Doc/Sheet and Dropbox. Skills in graphic design and knowledge of WordPress would be great advantages.

Good working English both spoken and written is required for this position
