This is a full-time Admin Assistant position. Primary Responsibilities would be bookkeeping and tax preparation, but also assisting with other administrative duties such as social media management for several profiles, answering emails and phone calls, and more. Experience with Tax Preparation and QuickBooks is a must.
Due to our business being located in the US, you would need to be available during US Business hours.
Pay is $75 USD Every Friday during the 3 month trial period. Upon completion of the trial period, Pay will increase.
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
