Job Overview

We are an American Home Health Agency looking for someone with a healthcare background to manage our Human Resources and recruit new RNs for home infusion or Research visits to the home.


  1. This person needs to be fluent in English,

  2. proficient in computer skills, Office, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Google drive. They will need to be very computer savvy, learning programs quickly. 

  3. We would like this individual to have experience with recuiting options online and in social media.

  4. They need to read and write business English.

  5. They will be answering phones, speaking with recruits, screening applicants for hire by phone and via email.

  6. They will manage credentialling of new hires and current employees, ensuring all training and annual commpetencies are current and up to date.

  7. Our agency currently only operates in the State of California. This individual must be a quick learner of California labor laws to ensure employed and contracted RNs remain compliant.

  8. Working hours will be from 0830 to 1730 Pacific Time

  9. This individual will assist new hires with all required documentation for working inside the United States and California.

  10. They will assist with all employed RNs to track and verify hours worked for payroll. (Payroll will be handled by another position.)

Best experience will be recruitment and marketing of healthcare personnel - especially RNs. Looking for RNs with administrative experience or healthcare administrative personnel with strong human resources and recruiting background.
