We are looking for a highly efficient customer service administrator and marketing assistant to manage our facebook customer leads and communications, including notifications and messenger. Liaising with potential customers and communicating amazingly with them to bring them from leads to converted bookings in our diary.
The ideal candidate will be flexible with their hours and be willing to manage the communicaitons when our in-house team are finished for the day. Familiarity with social media, social networking, Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) Provide support to marketing department, reposting posts and stories on Instagram and other social media platforms, that our head of marketing would have already created, buiding/researching connections with radio stations, tv channels and other media (with specific messaging) to arrange interviews for the MD and promote Press Releases.

Working Hours: Flexible Part-time to start 20 hours per week with option to grow to full-time very quickly
