Our company is looking for a General Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. This will be a full time work from home job. Below are the details:
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage contact list
-Extract and prepare CRM reports
-Manage dialer
-Provide reports and data analysis
-Audit calls
-Other administrative tasks and projects
QUALIFICATIONS
-Excellent English Communication Skills (verbal & written)
-Experience as RTA or Workforce
-At least 1 to 2 years as a Virtual Executive Assistant
-Proficient in MS Office or equivalent Google tools
-Must have excellent Excel/Gsheet skills
-Tech savvy
-Must be available US Daytime hours
-Can start immediately
-Self starter, organized, reliable, punctual, detail oriented and responsive
-Good Interpersonal Skills
-Positive mental attitude and a quick learner
-Responds well to constructive feedback
-Works in a quiet environment
