Familiarity with Paid Search and site KPIs; ability to utilize KPIs to determine performance drivers, detractors and opportunities.
Proven ability to plan, execute, analyze and drive performance lifts via A/B testing within SEM channel.
Google AdWords certification required.
Experience in using website analytics software (Omniture, Google Analytics) and paid search management platforms (Doubleclick).
Ability to research, learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Experience with SEM program transition and optimization during site redesign or re-platform a plus.
E-commerce/online retail experience a plus.
