-Manage Ecommerce business in conversional commerce and marketplace channel to deliver and maximize sales and growth with key marketplace Ie. Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon
-Drive and oversee sales performance (GMV) through digital marketing activities.
-Research market competition, brand competition, and product competition to make recommendations for product assortment and marketing campaigns.
-Manage, update, and analyze stock levels, coordinate with Merchandising team to ensure consistent replenishment and forecasting.
-Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, and work cross-functionally to execute those improvements.
-Constantly monitor key metrics, inventory availability and product flows.
-Build brand visibility and brand recognition on the online channels using marketing tools.
-Collaborate with E-commerce marketplace for campaigns to drive sales.
-Work with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing efforts – including but not limited to promotion, visual merchandising on online store, performance marketing, customer loyalty program, marketing communication, warehouse, etc.
-Analyze sales reports and team’s performance to find weaknesses and strengths, and find ways to improve both sales and staff performance.
-Conduct sales reports daily, weekly, monthly, analyze and report to management team.
