Job Overview

I require a personal assistant for 20 hours per week to help with various tasks in my business. I am a real estate agent mainly but organize a running club and race that I need assistance on as well. 

Main tasks:


  • CRM management

  • Document preparation

  • Newsletter preparation (content mainly supplied)

  • Social media drafting (most of the content is supplied, some research required)

  • Email management

  • Basic photo editing and posting (canva, google maps)

  • Data entry (excel/g sheets)

Experience required:


  • Google suite

  • CRM basics (I use KVCore with training provided)

  • Facebook page and Instagram basics

  • Trello (or similar project management tool)

Skills required:


  • Detailed (I'd rather it take longer than contain errors and have to redo it)

  • Knowledge of real estate basics (understand the terminology and be comfortable with explaining the basics of a transaction

Bonus skills:


  • Running experience

  • Outdoor experience

  • Bookkeeping/accounting experience
