We’re a mission-driven consultancy that provides life coaches to teenagers. Our company is headed up by leading doctors, who’ve come up with strategies for motivating teens.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked within a fast-paced customer service role in the past, within a growing start-up or a US-based company. The perfect candidate will be charismatic, and be well-spoken.

What’s a “Day In The Life”:
You’ll start your day by handling any incoming inquiries.
You’ll review new accounts, ensuring that they’ve received their welcome package.
You’ll follow up to ensure that appointments are scheduled, and those appointments run on schedule.
You’ll keep clients excited about our service by having “excitement calls” to keep them enticed.
You’ll be the “face” behind our organization with clients.
You’ll quickly respond in the face of client questions/issues etc.
What We’re Looking For:
A high energy individual
Great English communication, in both written & spoken form.
Excellent phone etiquette
Able to work from home with a safe, private, and quiet work location
Ready to handle 20-50 high-energy “excitement calls” per day!
2-4 years of experience within a BPO or call center environment
Minimum typing speed of 60wpm
Experience working with ActiveCampaign, SalesForce CRM, Calendly & Outlook 365.
What Are “Nice To Haves”:
A deep understanding of e-mail marketing
Experience in customer retention & customer success
A deep understanding of SalesForce CRM, and understanding how to manipulate reports to better understand data.
Dual internet connections & back-up power.
