Job Overview

Hi there!

We are looking for a full-time customer support agent who is experienced in eCommerce to answer phone calls, live chat, and email inquiries from 9 AM - 6 PM EST. We need someone who is detail-oriented, kind, intelligent, and willing to go the extra mile.

This is a long-term position that will have opportunities to grow in the future.


• Answering phone calls, live chat messages, and email messages for new & existing customers

• Quickly responding to customers needs & expectations

• Answering technical questions about products

• Ordering products from various suppliers and keeping track of the orders (tracking numbers, delays, etc)


• 1-2 years of experience with eCommerce customer service, any CRM, and Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform

• Quiet place to work - please ensure that during work hours (9 AM - 6 PM) there are no noises in the background.

• Fast, reliable internet connection & computer

• High-quality microphone/headset for talking with customers

• Love of learning about new brands, new industries, and communicating with customers

• *Mastery of the English language, excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented and reliable

• Ability to use critical thinking skills

• Great attention to detail and ability to thrive with minimal supervision

• Teamwork & collaboration skills - ability to work with the best, while giving your best

You need to understand and work well in startup culture - you’re able and willing to take on all sorts of tasks and responsibilities. You understand that things change quickly & we need to be agile.


• $3 per hour, 40 hours per week. There will be paid training for $3/hour as well.

• Bi-weekly payments. Every 2 weeks, you will be paid via PayPal for the previous two weeks.

• This is a full-time job from 9 AM - 6 PM EST with a one-hour lunch break, so please only apply if you're okay with working a night shift.
