Currently we are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Candidate Sourcer who will help us source candidates with a technical profile (on LinkedIn) and who will be responsible for getting the candidate data in our database. Next to that, you will be responsible for setting and sending LinkedIn campaigns. 

About you: 

You are an experienced LinkedIn user, proficient sourcer, fluent English speaker, good communicator, open minded person, swift analytical researcher and easy in learning new stuff. You are tech-savvy and passionate about the technology industry. 

Needed Skills

• Experienced in using Linkedin - Recruiter Lite


• Experienced in boolean search


• Fluent English


• Experienced in using Google suite (sheets, mail, word,...)


• Experienced with LinkedIn automation tools


• Expert in sourcing candidate for IT - technical positions


• Technology minded


• Knowledge of email marketing tooling


• Technology adaptive to online software tooling


• Big plus: experience in sourcing Sales & Presales positions for the Technology industry (preferably Cyber security).
