At least 2 to 3 years outbound calling experience
Real Estate Experience preferred but not required
Must be available US Daytime hours and can start immediately

Good Interpersonal Skills

Positive mental attitude and a quick learner
Responds well to constructive feedback
Organized and punctual
Works in a quiet environment

Laptop or desktop
Windows operating system i3 and up
At least 4GB of RAM
Must have LAN connection
Internet Speed: 10mbps up
With noise cancelling headset
Must have backup for power and internet outages
