We are a Canadian house buying company, operating since 2010, and based out of Calgary. We are looking to hire one highly motivated individual to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, as a first point of contact, when customers call our company.

TASKS TO BE PERFORMED:

-Accepting live calls from our customers, and gathering relevant property information.

-Responding to basic enquiries, as to the service we offer.

-Day-to-day management of customer information in our CRM (Pipedrive) and performing follow-ups as needed

-Browsing for potential properties that would fit our purchasing criteria

-Prospecting and cold calling home Sellers to see if they would benefit from our service.

-Creating lists, and building relationships with our customers, partners, and industry members.

-Daily posting and reposting of ads on classified sites

-Other tasks as reasonably required for team success.



QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

-You must have a decent computer, with stable, high speed internet.

-You must have a work space, free of external noises or distractions.

-You must be fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

-You must have basic knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel or similar), and working knowledge of CRM’s and similar software.

-You must be someone that’s comfortable initiating conversations, and speaking to new people all day, every day

-Although experience in sales is preferred, it isn’t a requirement.

-You must be resourceful, results oriented, self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.



CONTRACT PERIOD:

-This position is for a 3-month full time contract, with the opportunity to become permanent.



WORK HOURS:

-Monday to Friday, 9 hours a day (mandatory 1 hour break included) between the hours of 9am and 6pm Mountain Standard Time.

-Potential for longer work days, and extra hours on weekends, if desired.



COMPENSATION:

PHP 26,100 – 34,800/month + performance bonus

Salary will be bi-monthly (on 7th and 22nd) via direct deposit
