I need someone that has strong experience with marketing, that can create campaigns, manage paid ads, create sales funnels, email marketing, content marketing plans, do copywriting, and also find talent to execute different tasks per project or on an ongoing basis, make weekly planning, have daily meetings with the team (using scrum in general) create reports and be accountable for the results of the campaigns as well as the deadlines.
The working time zone is EST and PST America, we are in Colombia so we need the person to be available during those time zones.
