Job Overview

(HC) is looking for a Sales & Accounts Associate. This is a performance-based position suitable for commission-focused sales professionals with aspirations of uncapped earning potential. The applicants must have a basic understanding of common Internet terminology, general Sales and marketing concepts, Cloud infrastructure, and Web Hosting. Naturally, we train our Sales Associates on the specifics needed to sell and excel in our industry! 

Main responsibilities

  1. Creates a database of prospective customers (Leads)

  2. Makes calls, establishes communication with the prospective customers, and starts offering them HC Cloud infrastructure and web hosting services.

  3. Creates and manages Email Lists. Send the subscribers proposals with the latest news, discounts, and offerings.

  4. Communicates with HostColor's former clients to present them with the company's new services and infrastructure.

  5. Presents the Managed Websites and Managed services to current clients of HostColor.

The successful candidate must enjoy communication over the phone and will be expected to:

  • work as a B2B Sales Associate

  • convert leads into clients

  • maintain a database of leads and prospective clients

  • participate in calls as that’s a big part of the job

  • work in a fast-paced environment

  • demonstrate initiative and independent self-management

  • meet all deadlines

  • have excellent organizational skills

  • set his/her own pace and goals based on capabilities and be accountable to them

The compensation package is based on a fixed monthly payment + commissions per sale. We will train and supply leads and all the necessary tools, for ambitious candidates to succeed.
