We are looking for a motivated individual that is ready to be my assistant and take charge of everything related to Social Media and content creation. The main businesses we will be focusing on are restaurants, real estate(Airbnb, VRBO, Ect), and construction.
1. Must be able to articulate verbally and in written form.
2. Must be able to create digital content including brochures, flyers, promotional content, and other advertising material.
3. Must have copywriting experience.
4. Must have skills researching with phone number and contact information to connect with our local community.
5. Must be extremely organized to operate multiple business( Restaurants, Airbnb, Construction, ect)
6. Must have the ability to set meetings and notify me of any upcoming meetings and appointments.
7. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
8. Must know how to post material on Instagram and Facebook on a daily basis.
9. Familiar with Facebook and Google Ads.
10. Sending emails to partners and customers to make our business consistently fluid.
11. Know how to use the phone systems and other applications( Slack, Constant Contact, ect)
1. Strong Leadership Skills: Must know what leadership is and how to define it.
2. Must have the ability to take constructive criticism(I will be hard on you because I want you to be even better at what you do).
3. Must be willing to consistently learn more, consistently educate yourself, and improve in every part of your life.
4. Have a question or a problem: Have the courage to ask and ALWAYS have a solution. Don't complain unless there is a solution. We are all problem solvers.
5. Most important: There is no substitute for professionalism.
