We are a small startup CPA firm in the United States looking to add a remote bookkeeper and accountant to serve our premium clients. The position will require a deep understanding of accounting concepts as well as the abiitity to reconcile bank accounts, payroll, Fixed Assets and other types of accounts. We are looking for someone that has strong communication skills and can self manage and meet deadlines on a regular continuous basis.
The ideal candidate would have 2 years plus of bookkeeping experience and has a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Working Hours will be a mixture of US hours and Phillipine hours. The expectation would be to work US hours in the beginning and then able to transfer to Phillipine hours as familiarization with our client base and workload are fully understood.

Compensation is negotiable and dependent on experience. Pay will be base salary with monthly bonus opportunities based off of productivity and value provided to organization
