Primary Responsibilities
Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions
Understand the contracts in order to summarize all important terms, conditions, and contingency dates
Communicate regularly with the client to send them reminders, updates, and let them know what to expect in each step of the closing process
Establish relationships with all parties ensure a smooth closing process and share relevant information
Qualifications
1 central computer with at least Core i5 processor
1 backup computer with at least Core i3 processor
Internet service provider with at least 10 mbps speed with no capping / data limit
Backup internet service with at least 5 mbps speed
Remote location (internet hub, library, cafe) during work hours
