We're looking for a Dedicated Full Time Real Estate Virtual Assistant for a (hopefully) long term professional working relationship.
You have a fantastic personality and a wonderful phone voice. You're awesome at building rapport on the phone, in an email or using other available means. You can send and receive calls using our VOIP systems and have vast experience using various software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, excel, power point, or the Mac (Apple) equivalent. You're technically savvy, have a great desire to excel in any environment and you manage your time effectively. You learn quickly, aren't afraid to ask a question when necessary and you work diligently and efficiently without constant supervision.
You're a master of efficiency, are diligently productive and build excitement into sometime not so exciting tasks. Your English verbal and written skills are very good and you have a strong desire to work with a growing USA based company seeking to partner with a VA for the Hours Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM USA Eastern Standard Time.
You're comfortable talking with people verbally in writing and you genuinely care about customers. You're technically savvy and enjoy supporting the organization you VA for through the use of social media.
Answer incoming phone leads
Make outbound calls to leads that left voicemails, hang-ups and/or make cold calls (Scripts may be provided)
Call all internet leads in order to convert to an appointment
Build relationships with industry professionals by calling them
* Speak and work directly with banks to negotiate terms, conditions or other circumstances for properties
* Office Applications (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.)
Fill out buyer and/or seller lead sheet
Skip Tracing (utilize software to locate phone numbers/addresses/email for seller/buyer leads, agents, etc.) Build a Buyers List (research, compile, manage)
Comparative Market Analysis (run analysis on properties with client provided software)
Database Management (export/import information from spreadsheets, update CRM manually, etc.)
Manage and Organize storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.)
Manage Investors Calendar Document Management (contracts, signatures, etc.)
Manage mailing lists (peers, prospects, and industry professionals)
Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.)
Basic Video Editing (upload to youtube, vimeo, etc.)
Craigslist Posting Blogging (article writing, manage blog, etc.)
Manage Drip Campaigns for prospects and industry professionals Creatives (create flyers, posters, etc.)
Website Management (content, basic layout) Basic SEO (pay-per-click, back linking, etc.)
Computer Requirements Computer Processor: at least i3 (for both primary and back-up computers)
Computer Memory/RAM: at least 4.00 GB (for both primary and back-up computers)
Computer Operation System: at least Windows 7 Internet Speed
Primary Connection: running on a 3.0 Mbps plan or higher
Back-up Connection: running at least 2.0 Mbps.
An interest in real estate is a plus, as is experience with AdWords. You'll be receiving and making daily phone calls and performing various other forms of marketing for a growing USA based real estate company.
