Role/Duties:
Transaction Coordinator Assistant
- Getting listing packet ready for agents
- Sending documents and disclosures
- Adding to platforms
- Sending templated emails
- Ordering and scheduling with vendors
- Listing input
- Managing documents and signatures
What are the Tools Needed or Familiar with:
GSuite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Forms)
Microsoft Publisher, Boomtown, Command, Mojo, Northstar MLS, Slack, Microsoft Excel, Zoom,
Facebook, Canva, Youtube, Listings2Leads, Zillow, ListHub, ListReports
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 central computer with at least Core i5 processor
1 backup computer with at least Core i3 processor
Internet service provider with at least 10 mbps speed with no capping / data limit
Backup internet service with at least 5 mbps speed
Remote location (internet hub, library, cafe) during work hours
