We are an online company based in Australia requiring a VA to assist us with bookkeeping, accounting, customer service and some other general PA tasks. You will soon become a part of our team and therefore we are looking for someone who has a great attitude to getting the job done and that can be friendly and responsive.
- Xero experience (we need someone who is really comfortable using Xero and understands how to raise invoices, reconcile payments, do salary runs, pay Super etc)
- Raise invoices
- Chase invoices for payments
- Raise expenses/payments
- Comfortable on all Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Gmail etc
- Fabulous English - they do need to follow up with payments and invoices directly to our customers
Preferable: - Experience with Shopify - Experience in Australian market - understanding of BAS, GST etc - Sales reporting
You will become a part of our team and therefore be given an email from our company to work from. We have hired and worked with VA's before so we know the drill and everyone has loved working with us : )
We operate on Australian time zone for head office however we are active in the US Market as well and therefore looking for someone who can help us with book keeping during Australian hours and also conduct some customer service to service the US market. Therefore it would be a later start to the day and into the evening to meet the US time.
