Job Overview

We are a young growing company with lots of room for growth and advancement. This position starts at $130 per week (13th month included) but we do increase pay with time and offer work-from-home experience. The Photography Post Production Assistant Manager supervises, edits digital photographs for project sheets, social media, product branding, and various real-estate marketing platforms. We also offer Morning/Graveyard shifts.



  • Produces a high volume of digital images while maintaining exceptional quality.

  • Enhance or edit photos such as cloning, data alterations, virtual staging, and overall photo manipulation in order to produce beautiful and realistic real estate photos.

  • Corrects the color of the photographs including sky overlays from photoshoots taken by drones and HDR cameras,

  • Coordinate with the team members to identify photo enhancements needed on a specific project based on client needs

  • Assign projects to photo editors and keep track of the deadlines

  • Filter the photos to be published and delivered to clients.

  • Ensure all assignments are edited on time 

  • Do necessary actions to make sure no projects will be delivered late

  • Ensure photos are released based on company policies and procedures.

  • Contributes to the team by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude

  • Communicate promptly with the team to make sure that the operations won't be halted due to any controllable reasons.




  • Proven work experience as a photo editor

  • Solid experience with digital technology and photo editing softwares (Photoshop).

  • Strong photo editing skills and excellent portfolio.

  • Thorough knowledge of computer imaging, photographic techniques, and color composition.

  • Creative mind with an eye for detail.

  • Time-management and leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining the quality of work.

  • Expert level Adobe Photoshop skills.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Ability to perform key responsibilities as described with or without supervision



    • Photography skills is a plus

  • CPU: 8th-gen Intel Core-i5 or the equivalent AMD 3rd-gen Ryzen 5 processor or higher

  • GPU: NVIDIA Geforce 10-series or the equivalent AMD Radeon RX 5000 graphics cards or higher with at least 4GB dedicated VRAM

  • RAM: 8GB

  • Monitor: At least 1080p resolution

  • Storage: 50GB (dedicated for project files)

  • Reliable Internet Connection
