Job Overview

EA Associates is a bespoke model recruitment agency in southwestern Ontario, specializing in the recruitment of Life Science professionals across Canada, Australia, and the US, with specific expertise in the areas of Pharmaceuticals, Engineering and Healthcare.

We are expanding our Engineering Talent Acquisition team and are looking for an ambitious, passionate, disciplined, full-cycle Engineering Recruiter to be part of our journey as we set new standards of service and excellence in full-cycle recruitment.

You are an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist, with a desire to work REMOTELY FULL TIME in independent partnership with EA Associates.

You are never satisfied with the status quo, and you have an overwhelming desire to do things differently.

Your work ethic is grounded in integrity, always putting the needs of the client first.

You are a creative and proactive problem solver. You need to be constantly challenged. You thrive on change.

You understand and appreciate a process-oriented environment, but do not allow this to impede progress. You dislike micromanagement, and although you work well in a team environment, you excel on your own.

Above all, you consistently set standards of excellence, because you know that excellence leads to success.

If this describes You, and you can check off the following five descriptors below, you may be the right person for this role.

  • You operate with INTEGRITY. If you need to google this, then you are not a good fit.

  • You PERFORM best UNDER extreme amounts of PRESSURE, and often with very tight deadlines.

  • You are curious, determined, CREATIVE and easily ADAPTIVE.

  • You view the word ‘NO’ as a CHALLENGE and an OPPORTUNITY.

  • You work BEST when SELF-DIRECTED.

  • Support the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, qualifying candidates, and scheduling interviews for specific project-based roles with our Engineering clients, combining traditional methods and "out-of-the box" thinking.

  • Research and implement up-to-date recruiting tools and methods to assess candidates’ skills.

  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure the recruitment process is running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value.

  • Effectively manage internal and external candidate applications including referrals in our applicant tracking system.

  • Build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent.
